About the role:
The Lead Hostess plays a key role in creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests. In this role, you will manage reservations, organize seating, and support the flow of the restaurant to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will work closely with the service team to maintain the high standards of Four Seasons hospitality and guest satisfaction. This position reports to the F&B Outlet Manager.
What you will do:
- Manage reservations, organize the seating plan, and ensure smooth guest flow in the restaurant
- Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating, and respond to inquiries or special requests
- Coordinate with the service team to maintain efficient operations and table readiness
- Maintain the hostess desk, entrance area, and guest materials in a clean and organized way
- Support daily operations, reporting, and opening/closing procedures
What you bring:
- High school diploma; university degree is a plus
- 2–3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant operations preferred
- Strong communication and guest relations skills
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

- This is a full-time position
- Working hours will vary based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
