Nationally recognized for our hospice care services, Agrace also provides palliative care, dementia support and grief support to people who are seriously ill, dying or grieving.

As Wisconsin’s largest nonprofit hospice, staff in IT, housekeeping, admissions, finance, sales, fundraising—as well as nurses, social workers and physicians—all play a part in fulfilling our mission.
