Pantanal Energia is the company responsible for the construction and operation of Usina Termelétrica Governador Mário Covas (thermoelectric plant), located in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso.Also known as E.P.E. - Empresa Produtora de Energia(our company name), Pantanal Energia is part of Projeto Integrado Cuiabá, an enterprising private project of regional development that organized and operates both the thermoelectric plant and a gas pipeline covering a distance of 648 Km from Bolivia to Cuiabá, called Gasoduto Bolívia - Mato Grosso, controlled by the companies GasOriente Boliviano (in Bolivia) and GasOcidente do Mato Grosso (on the Brazilian site).
