Crawford County Memorial Hospital

Crawford County Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Denison, Iowa. Opened to the public in 1951, CCMH has undergone many transformations during the last 70 years.

The biggest transformation to date was the construction of a beautiful, state-of-the-art replacement facility located at 100 Medical Parkway in Denison. The CCMH replacement facility opened to the public in June 2011.

CCMH offers a wide range of inpatient, outpatient and diagnostic services.

CCMH Medical Clinic is a provider-based rural health clinic, featuring three family practice physicians and five advanced family medicine practitioners, as well as in-house specialists in General Surgery, Orthopedics, and Pediatrics.
