Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas

The Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas is a federally qualified patient-centered health center dedicated to providing quality health care to everyone regardless of their ability to pay. Originally opened by Mt.

Carmel Regional Medical Center as an extension of its mission, it is now a patient-owned and operated organization serving more than 50,000 children and adults annually.

The Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas employs more than 700 professionals and support staff at 18 locations throughout Crawford, Cherokee, Labette, Linn, Montgomery, Allen and Bourbon counties, and Ottawa County in Oklahoma.

The Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas is governed by a 12-member Board of Directors which includes patients and community representatives. Medicare, Medicaid, KanCare and private insurance are accepted.
