Commonwealth Senior Living is based in Charlottesville, Virginia, and currently manages 35 senior living communities across Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Michigan with a combined capacity of over 3200 residents.

30 of our communities currently offer our specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia program, Sweet Memories. Our management team members complement each other, and together we offer a complete package of experience in all aspects of operating a senior living community.
