CrossAmerica Partners LP is a leading U.S. wholesale distributor of motor fuels, operator of convenience stores, and owner/lessee of real estate used in the retail distribution of motor fuels.

Formed in 2012, the Partnership has well-established relationships with several major oil brands, including Exxon, Marathon, BP, and Shell, to name a few.

With a geographic footprint of 34 states, CrossAmerica Partners distributes branded/ unbranded petroleum for motor vehicles to approximately 1,800 locations and owns or leases over 1,100 sites.

CrossAmerica Partners also provides proprietary fresh food, store services, and everyday essentials through our 7 customer-friendly convenience store brands: Joe’s Kwik Marts, Hi-Miler Convenience, Uni-Mart, Rocky Top Market, Stop In Food Stores, One Stop and Zoomerz.
