Heart of Ohio Family Health

Heart of Ohio Family Health is the parent company for five Federally Qualified Health Centers located in Franklin County: Capital Park, Chantry, Mount Carmel East, Whitehall, and Whitehall-Yearling High School.

Our mission is to provide high-quality, holistic, and compassionate care to meet the healthcare needs of everyone in our diverse community, one heart at a time.

We provide services regardless of ability to pay, and offer a sliding fee scale based on income and number of dependents.
