Hospice of Central PA (HCP), founded in 1979, provides the most comprehensive and personalized end-of-life care for everyone in our community, regardless of their ability to pay.

We offer hospice and palliative care as well as bereavement support to more than 600 individuals a day. The care our patients and families receive is unparalleled in the Susquehanna Valley, focusing on a team approach to meet them where they are in their journey.

Accredited by the Joint Commission and a member of the National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation, we provide specialized training in caring for veterans, pediatric patients, individuals with dementia and offer continuous educational opportunities for staff.

The Bob Fryer & Family Inpatient Center in Mount Joy, PA and Carolyn's House in Linglestown, PA are available to our patients who need an extra level of care with 24 beds in a home-like setting.
