Miller’s Health Systems, Inc., (MHS) the parent company of Miller’s Merry Manor, has been serving Indiana’s seniors since 1964.

In 2006, the Board of Directors formed an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), allowing employees to become beneficial owners of the business operations of the company.
