ONE Health Ohio

ONE Health Ohio provides comprehensive healthcare services, including medical, dental and behavioral health at seven health centers and four outpatient addiction treatment centers (through RISE Recovery) across Trumbull, Mahoning and Stark Counties.

The mission of ONE Health Ohio is to improve the health and well-being of people in our communities by providing quality healthcare, particularly to the uninsured and underinsured. ONE Health Ohio has been a mainstay in the valley since 1986!
