Ozarks Community Health Center (OCHC)

We are a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center that serves Hickory, Dallas, Polk, Cedar and Dade. We offer Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health services. There are 5 locations and a Miles for Smiles traveling dental unit.
