Pivotal Housing Partners is an Ohio-based multifamily developer and property management company with LIHTC properties operating in 16 states including Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Kansa, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and most recently, New York.

Product types include senior communities, multifamily, and single-family homes financed with both 9% and 4% credits. We average 10, 9% tax credit awards per year and develop an average of 2, 4% bond developments each year.
