Qk4, Inc. is a civil engineering and planning consulting firm established in 1974.

We offer a broad range of services to public and private sector clients, including transportation, bridge structures, water and wastewater, site/civil, landscape architecture, construction inspection, traffic, planning, environmental, surveying, land acquisition, and Native American services.

Qk4 is headquartered in Louisville, and within the Commonwealth we maintain offices in Frankfort, Lexington, Somerset, Owensboro, and Prestonsburg. We also have offices in Atlanta, Georgia, and Southern Indiana.
