Sholom

Sholom is a mission-driven nonprofit senior care organization rooted in Jewish values and welcoming to all. We proudly serve older adults and their families through a full continuum of care at our vibrant campuses in St. Paul and St.

Louis Park, Minnesota, as well as through a wide range of community-based services across the Twin Cities metro.

With a rich history of compassion and service, Sholom offers high-quality care and housing options including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, transitional care, HUD-supported senior apartments, outpatient rehabilitation (PT, OT, speech), aquatic therapy, home care, hospice, and palliative care.

We also provide respite care, bereavement services, and other life care programming. At Sholom, our Core Values—Care, Compassion, and Community—are woven into everything we do.
