My Approach to Therapy I have worked in community mental health and crisis services for over eight years supporting a diverse group of clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges.

Over the years, I have realized that I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, suicide, crises, trauma, and phobias. My approach to therapy is warm and inviting.

I always focus on building rapport from the start, as having a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to making progress in therapy.

I strive to maintain flexibility during sessions in order to meet you where you are at, offering both a person-centered approach along with more directive, guiding modalities through cognitive behavioral therapy.
