Job Description
- Manage the supply planning related activities for Turnkey model supply chain, which includes forecast sharing and overseeing the Contract Manufacturer (CM) Purchase Order (PO) placement and supply expedite.
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) between CM and OEM suppliers to ensure seamless PO placement and resolve any open issues for supply delivery.
- Own the strategy to improve the Turnkey model in the supply planning space, influencing cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Commercial Management.
- Manage and mitigate inventory liability, including excess and obsolescence, aging inventory, and material exposure risks inherent to the Turnkey model.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the CM, such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Purchase Order Acceptance Rate, and Forecast Accuracy.
