R&D Laboratory Intern - Service Management Platform

Job Objective: Configure the ServiceDesk Cloud instance for the R&D Laboratory.

Essential Job Functions: 

• Review the requirements of the R&D lab request process and R&D tech support process.
• Create deliverables of the application based on the requirements.
• Configure and modify the ManageEngine ServiceDesk Cloud instance.
• Create process guide to train applicable users.
• Train lab techs and managers on application.

Job Qualifications: 

• Sophomore student level or above pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering and/or have proven applicable experience.  
• Ability to work with non-technical staff to develop requirements and training guides.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.
