What will you contribute?

Within a worldwide team of 20 DevOps engineers, the Senior DevOps Engineer will develop, monitor, improve and operate Development Engineering services from development to production (On Prem & Azure Cloud).

We are looking for curious DevOps or SRE, who challenges the status-quo, thinks automation, and wants to contribute to the success of Teciem Cloud journey.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Explore & develop skills in existing and emerging Industry Standards SRE tools and technologies.
  • Ensure observability, availability, performance, capacity planning and change management of Development Engineering services.
  • Develop and continuously improve Development Engineering services.
  • Target 0% manual tasks and 0% ticketing by enforcing automation and self-service.
  • Support R&D and DevOps teams as clients of Development Engineering services.


Required Experience:

  • Experience in IT industry as a DevOps and/or SRE.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science and/or Certification on Azure or AWS.
  • Daily work experience of Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and public Cloud (Azure/AWS).
  • Good Unix/Linux sys admin skills.
  • Experience of CI/CD development with Jenkins (Jenkins Pipeline Library) or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) and ArgoCD.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Developer mindset and skill (python, shell script, groovy, Java, …).
  • Knowledge in network (infrastructures, protocols, tools) would be a plus.
  • Good English written and verbal communication (multi-cultural company).
  • Work Agile (SAFE/Scrum).
