Own a high-value territory and lead from the front - close the largest restaurant and supplier accounts yourself while setting the pace, playbook, and standard for a growing field team. Senior IC seat with player-coach scope: carry a quota, run the field motion end-to-end, and mentor junior reps and interns alongside the Head of Sales.
• Own and consistently exceed a quota for new restaurant and supplier accounts in your territory
• Personally close strategic, multi-branch, and enterprise F&B groups end-to-end
• Open doors via your existing network of F&B decision-makers
• Build relationships with supplier sales & management teams to expand the catalog and negotiate exclusive terms
• Build and roll out the field sales playbook - pitch, objection handling, demo flow, qualification
• Coach and coordinate junior reps and interns: ride-alongs, pipeline reviews, deal coaching, weekly targets
• Partner with Supply, Product, and Ops to unblock deals and feed market signal into the roadmap

• 3+ years of sales experience in the F&B industry (required)
• Track record of consistently overachieving quota — with specific numbers to back it up
• Established network of UAE F&B decision-makers is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or Hindi preferred
• Strong commercial instincts: closes large, multi-stakeholder deals in person
• Experience coaching or coordinating junior reps, even if informally
• Self-starter; thrives in a target-driven, field-heavy environment
• UAE driving licence and willing to be in market every day
