This role is a client-facing consulting opportunity focused on delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across complex business environments. You will act as a functional expert, bridging business requirements and technical implementation by leading workshops, gathering requirements, and designing scalable CRM solutions. The position involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to translate business processes into effective system configurations and workflows. You will also contribute to pre-sales activities, solution design, and proposal development while ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. In addition, you will play a key role in building strong client relationships and guiding stakeholders through CRM transformation journeys.
