Construction Litigation / Insurance Defense Attorney (NY Labor Law) - 1850 hours - Garden City, New York - Hybrid Remote

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote
Play a key role in handling and overseeing Labor Law 200, 240(1), and 241(6) matters, with a focus on construction accident and catastrophic injury defense. This role offers hands-on experience handling all stages of litigation from drafting motions and managing discovery to attending court appearances, conducting depositions, and engaging directly with clients.
- Manage cases independently from inception through resolution.
- Draft high-quality motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
- Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
Required:
· NY bar
· Recent construction litigation experience
