Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a BIM Modeler with extensive experience in structural engineering modeling and drafting.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist with project work, including modeling, detailing, and supporting BIM project teams.
Create models using BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Dynamo).
Generate models in Autodesk Revit.
Produce information/models with high quality for BIM deliverables.
Create families and BIM content.
Experience working within a CDE (e.g., ProjectWise or BIM 360).
Extensive experience in architectural modeling.
Assist the designer in creating models in BIM software.
Support BIM experts with deliverables.
Work experience in a multinational environment would be an advantage.
Collaborate with architects and engineers on projects.
Determine the appropriate building elements and scale.
Meet project deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and plans.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling.
Experience working in BIM environments.
