Principal Engineer - AI Networking

Oracle is seeking a Principal Software Engineer (IC4) to join our AI Networking team and help build the high-performance communication infrastructure that powers large-scale AI and HPC workloads. This role focuses on developing RDMA-based software, collective communication libraries, networking services, congestion management solutions, and distributed systems that enable efficient scaling across large GPU clusters.

In this role, you will help develop the networking and communication technologies that underpin Oracle's AI infrastructure. Your work will directly influence the performance, scalability, and reliability of large-scale GPU clusters running advanced AI training and inference workloads, while giving you the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging networking and distributed systems problems in the industry.
