Retail Associate Lead - Grand Bend Stirling Sands Vineyards

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Retail Associate Lead will provide an exceptional experience to all guests of Stirling Sands Winery while supporting the day-to-day leadership of the retail operation. This frontline leadership role involves delivering elevated guest service, supporting retail associates, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring the merchandise area is organized, stocked, and presented to the highest standard. The Retail Associate Lead will act as a key point of contact for retail operations and assist in maintaining a seamless guest experience.
