Job Description


Key Responsilities:
Office Administration
* Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
* Organize filing systems, records, and company documents.
* Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and visitor reception.

Staff Support & Coordination
* Assist with employee onboarding and administrative HR tasks.
* Schedule and organize company events.
* Support internal communication and office policies. (Maintain digital bulletin board)
* Help maintain a professional, productive workplace culture.

Facility management
* Maintain vendor relationship for all facility related vendors
* Cost analysis of current vendors against market rates.
