Descripción del puesto In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a Project Manager with 4 years of experience in the role within advertising and marketing agencies. The mission of this position is to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and advertising projects, ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives, timelines, budgets, and scope. The Project Manager will work closely with clients and internal teams to drive effective communication, optimize resources, and ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives that deliver value to both clients and the agency. Responsabilidades Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverables. Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor and manage project billing processes and financial tracking. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while driving continuous improvement opportunities. Track project progress to ensure objectives, timelines, and budgets are achieved. Organize meetings, assign tasks, and monitor project performance indicators. Maintain ongoing communication with clients and provide regular project status updates. Manage the intake, review, and execution of project briefs. Incorporate client feedback and requirements into project workflows. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
