Job Description

People Partner team:

We’re looking for a People Partner to work closely with business leaders and teams, helping build a high-performing, healthy, and scalable organization. This role sits at the intersection of people strategy and business needs — supporting managers, improving employee experience, and driving key HR initiatives.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders and a go-to person for employees, ensuring that our people practices are practical, fair, and aligned with company goals.

Challenges that await you:

Employee Relations & Support

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Manage employee relations cases with a balanced, fair, and business-oriented approach
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment
Performance & Development
  • Support performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles)
  • Help managers with giving feedback, managing underperformance, and developing talent
  • Identify development needs and partner with L&D on solutions
Culture & Engagement
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and analyze feedback (surveys, pulse checks)
  • Support and reinforce company culture and values in day-to-day operations
  • Partner with teams to improve employee experience
HR Processes & Operations
  • Ensure smooth execution of core HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, promotions, etc.)
  • Maintain and improve HR policies and practices
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal standards
Change Management
  • Support organizational changes (reorgs, scaling, new processes)
  • Help leaders communicate changes effectively and manage team impact
What makes you a great fit:
  • 2–3+ years of experience in HR, People Partner
  • Understanding of HR fundamentals (employee relations, performance management, labor law basics)
  • Experience working closely with international teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance empathy with business needs
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to use insights for decision-making
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
