What you'll be doing  

 Novelty Management & Tracking

  • Support the Category Manager in evaluating new product launches and forecasting opportunities.

  • Manage end-to-end novelty tracking, including sample collection, courier coordination, documentation management, and tracker updates.

  • Monitor launch timelines, ensure accurate enrichment on Monday.com, coordinate e-merchandising activities, and track stock availability throughout the product lifecycle.

Campaigns & Promotional Offers

  • Coordinate campaign and promotional offer communications with brand partners, ensuring alignment on mechanics, timelines, and execution requirements.

  • Support the Category Manager in negotiating and optimizing promotional investments with brands.

  • Maintain campaign and promotion trackers and communicate updates to Operations and relevant stakeholders.

E-commerce Content & Online Enrichment

  • Oversee online enrichment for new product launches, new brands, Gift With Purchase (GWP), and Purchase With Purchase (PWP) activations.

  • Ensure product content, imagery, and commercial information are accurate, complete, and launch-ready.

  • Coordinate communication of promotional mechanics and execution timelines with retail teams.

RTV Coordination & Tracking

  • Support the initiation, tracking, and follow-up of Return to Vendor (RTV) requests in collaboration with supply chain and brand partners.

  • Ensure timely resolution and accurate reporting of RTV activities.

Assortment Management

  • Monitor assortment changes and updates across categories.

  • Ensure alignment between assortment plans and planograms while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and brand partners.

  • Follow up on implementation and resolve any discrepancies.

Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Coordinate social media and marketing support plans between brands and internal marketing teams to maximize campaign performance.

  • Secure product samples and launch assets from brands to support activations and content creation.

  • Track deliverables and maintain up-to-date campaign calendars and trackers.

New Brand Evaluation & Market Research

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess potential new brand opportunities.

  • Evaluate assortment relevance, market positioning, social presence, and commercial viability.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

New Brand Setup & Commercial Planning

  • Manage the onboarding process for newly confirmed brands, including assortment setup, forecasting, ranging templates, and online enrichment.

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful brand launches.

Expansion & Launch Support

  • Support category expansion initiatives and new brand rollouts.

  • Assist with floor plan reviews, space productivity analysis, and implementation of launch plans.

  • Identify opportunities to improve category performance and customer experience.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Advanced excel skills and use of MS office

  • Previous retail experience and category experience are a plus

  • Able to communicate in both English and Arabic

  • Ability to commute to our offices in Jebel Ali.
