Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY Under general supervision, ensures that all of our customers are provided with outstanding quality food and service. Greets customers and takes their order, prepares orders and manages payment of orders. Meets and maintains high standards of food safety, quality, presentation, and service. Maintains par levels for all items to be sold and all ingredients needed for daily preparation of all menu items. Maintains clean and presentable work and dining areas, assuring a welcoming and sanitary environment at all times. Understands and prepares all menu items and follows recipes with high standards for quality, appearance and taste. Keeps equipment in good working condition by proper use, maintenance, sanitation, troubleshooting and calling for repairs when needed.
