Job Description:
Deliver high‑impact technical assistance to customers to maximize the performance, efficiency, and reliability of Crown Mexico products across all packaging technologies (cans, ends, crown caps, aluminum closures, and glass).
Job Requirements
English Level
- Intermediate / Advanced
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in:
- Application of Lean tools
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of statistics, quality systems, and production processes
- Packaging manufacturing processes within the beverage industry
Skills & Competencies
- Willingness to travel
- Leadership and people management skills
- Project management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Experience working directly with customers
