The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure that solutions are scalable and meet evolving business requirements. The work environment encourages the use of modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to enhance system performance and adaptability. Throughout the day, the engineer focuses on refining code, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the overall software architecture to support business objectives effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various enterprise systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-driven solutions.
