Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various enterprise systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-driven solutions.
