Program Overview
Our 18-month track is designed to develop well-rounded engineers through targeted onboarding, real-world experience, and intentional skill-building.
Your journey begins at our corporate headquarters in Tulsa, OK, where you’ll participate in a 6–8-week onboarding experience focused on:
Building core professional and technical skills
Developing business and financial acumen
Strengthening communication and collaboration capabilities
Enhancing technical skills, including Excel and data analysis
Gaining exposure to our field operations through immersive site experience(s)
This experience is designed to help you build confidence early, think creatively about challenges, and collaborate effectively across teams. Following onboarding, you’ll be placed on a project assignment aligned to business needs and your skillset, where you will contribute to meaningful, high-impact work and continue developing through real-world application.
Housing is provided during your time in Tulsa
Relocation assistance is available for project assignments, as applicable
Opportunities to work in both office and field environments across the U.S.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Science
Graduated within the past three years
This position is not eligible for sponsorship (including OPT/CPT)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness and ability to relocate within the United States as needed
What You’ll Do
Collaborates to Deliver Results: Partners with cross-functional teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations
Delivers impact in the field: While primarily based at one of our locations (such as Tulsa, OK or Houston, TX) after onboarding, you will travel to and work at on‑site project locations as needed, in a high‑accountability, safety‑focused environment.
