About The Team
You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the development and expansion of the service provider ecosystem across the cross-border marketplace
- Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with key service providers, including logistics, fulfillment, tax, listing, and related service domains
- Define partnership strategy, including selection criteria, onboarding standards, performance management, and scaling approach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, driving long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Work with Product teams to integrate service provider capabilities into platform tools and seller workflows
- Collaborate with Seller, Category, and Operations teams to align service offerings with seller needs and business priorities
- Establish performance metrics and evaluation frameworks to ensure service quality, reliability, and scalability
- Drive adoption of service providers among sellers, improving onboarding efficiency and operational performance
- Continuously identify gaps in the ecosystem and introduce new service capabilities to support marketplace growth
Qualifications
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or service provider ecosystem roles
- Strong understanding of cross-border seller needs, including logistics, fulfillment, tax compliance, and listing operations
- Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem building
- Strong execution ability, with experience driving initiatives from strategy to implementation
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Business teams
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and scale partnerships
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to define metrics and evaluate partner performance
- Fluent in English and Chinese, able to support cross-border business collaboration
