Support OPEX Strategic projects: 50%
- Assist with SDU development and onboarding support programs by monitoring participant progress, providing reviews, and offering feedback.
- Contribute to new client onboarding training programs for team leaders and above, leveraging operational experience to ensure effective understanding of the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to identify operational challenges and opportunities, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Implement Opex Standards, Monitoring and Reporting: 30%
- Support monitoring and auditing of output operations to ensure compliance with OpEx standards by leveraging training and acquired knowledge.
- Drive the implementation and adherence to OpEx standards across projects, promoting best practices to optimize processes and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
- Utilize Excel to create and publish reports, including compliance scores aligned with OpEx standards.
- Perform data analysis to identify areas of improvement and discuss actionable steps.
Stakeholder Management: 20%
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders across different departments, to ensure successful communication and alignment with business objectives.
- Address and resolve any clarifications raised by SDU related to the projects under purview.
