About the Role
At Crescendo, we believe great hiring starts with great sourcing. We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Sourcing Associate to help build high-quality talent pipelines for our rapidly growing contact center and business support teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across various channels while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to support hiring goals through strategic sourcing initiatives.

What You'll Do
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, talent databases, employee referrals, and networking channels.
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for high-volume and niche hiring requirements.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify potential candidate pools.
  • Generate candidate leads through innovative sourcing strategies and outreach campaigns.
Candidate Engagement
  • Perform initial candidate outreach and engagement activities.
  • Assess candidate qualifications against job requirements through resume reviews and screening processes.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the sourcing journey.
  • Promote Crescendo's employer brand and value proposition to prospective candidates.
Recruitment Operations Support
  • Ensure candidate information is accurately maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track sourcing activity, candidate conversion rates, and pipeline health metrics.
  • Support recruitment projects, hiring events, virtual career fairs, and sourcing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidate slates.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Monitor sourcing performance metrics and provide regular updates to recruitment leadership.
  • Analyze sourcing channel effectiveness and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain sourcing dashboards and recruitment trackers to support workforce planning.

What We're Looking For
  • achelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably within a BPO, shared services, or high-volume hiring environment.
  • Experience sourcing for Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Back Office, or Corporate roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Strong internet research and candidate identification skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobStreet, Facebook recruitment marketing, or similar sourcing platforms.
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and funnel management.
  • Experience supporting volume hiring initiatives and hiring events.
  • Exposure to employer branding and talent attraction campaigns.
