ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING TECHNICIAN I - WEEKEND EVENING SHIFT (6:00P - 6:30A FRI-SUN) - 395

Conducts routine environmental monitoring for product safety. Performs visual inspection of production workstations for maintenance and sanitation work orders. Collects swab samples for ATP, Allergen, and pathogen testing. Collects Water and Air samples as scheduled in the SOP. Reports environmental monitoring results for trending. Communicates with other departments with regards to corrective actions required for out-of-specification and out-of-trend results.
