Job Title: Service Coordinator
Department: Field Services
Supervisor: Service Manager
Job Purpose:
This position is primarily responsible for preparing and coordinating all paperwork for service work done in the field.

Job Purpose:
This position is primarily responsible for preparing and coordinating all paperwork for service work done in the field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and file mechanic’s paperwork.
- Create invoices and follow through with all service billing.
- Provide customer support by answering service calls.
- Responsible for preparing service orders for customers.
- Provide written quotes for service technicians.
- Assist with warranty claims.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have various clerical skills such as: typing, data entry, filing, etc.
- Strong organizational, customer service and communication skills.
- Present a professional image to customers and vendors.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- High degree of responsibility and accountability.
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to quickly changing priorities.
Working Conditions:
- Required to work normal business house, typically 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Working in a stationary position for an extended period.
- Sitting and/or standing for long periods of time.
- This position is inside a climate-controlled environment.
