Job Summary 
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Silverware Polisher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all glassware and silverware, is impeccably polished and stocked for use.  The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and experience in food service or hospitality settings. All applicants must have Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun availability.  

Job Responsibilities:  

• Carefully clean and polish glassware and silverware, ensuring all items are spotless and free of tarnish or residue. 

• Maintain an organized station for silverware storage and polishing supplies. 

• Stock polished glassware and silverware in the appropriate storage areas, so it is ready for use in the dining rooms. 

• Follow proper procedures for food handling and sanitation to uphold hygiene standards. 

• Assist Server with clearing and resetting tables as guests leave 

• Remove water spots, fingerprints, residue, and damaged utensils prior to floor use. 

• Maintain consistent stock levels of polished silverware throughout service periods. 

• Communicate with management and support staff regarding silverware shortages, damages, or operational needs. 

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. 

• Have a positive, can-do attitude. 

• Perform any reasonable tasks as assigned by your supervisors  

• All applicants must have Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun availability 

Working Conditions/Environment:  

The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (6) hours per day. Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently. The person having this responsibility may have to move, pull, carry, or lift objects weighing at least 40 pounds. The work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an employee typically encounters while performing the essential functions of the position.
