Job Description

BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. ‍Young, ambitious, and unstoppable, we've already taken Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia by storm. Our BRO team consists of 1,300 bright minds creating innovative ideas and products. We don’t follow formats. We shape them. We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.

As the Team Product Owner for the User Experience Squad, you are the architect of our digital customer touchpoints and visual integrity. You own the product backlog for our web and mobile channels, managing the vital bridge between design vision and engineering execution. Your mission is to ensure our platforms are intuitive, engaging, and beautifully designed, translating complex user journeys into seamless, delightful digital experiences.

This position is full time, on-site in our office in Serbia, Belgrade.

✅ Key responsibilities:

  • Backlog & Strategic Alignment: Own and prioritize the UX Squad backlog based on user engagement metrics, design system updates, and Global OKRs. Partner with the Product Manager to translate company strategy and user research into actionable frontend milestones.
  • UI Tasks Ownership: Act as the primary bridge between the Design team and Engineering. Oversee the scaling of a unified design system in Figma, ensuring design tokens and components seamlessly adapt across internal tools, enterprise web portals, and mobile layouts.
  • User Journey Engineering: Gather and verify functional requirements tailored to distinct user personas (internal admins, corporate partners, and retail consumers). Build and maintain Epics and Stories that map complex operational workflows and customer-facing "Golden Paths."
  • Omnichannel Experience Oversight: Ensure feature parity, consistent branding, and optimal usability across the Web BO, Web Portal, and Mobile App. Manage dependencies between frontend presentation layers and the backend APIs supporting them.
  • Usability & Interface Evolution: Proactively manage feedback loops from User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Define "Acceptance Criteria" that mandate pixel-perfect execution, intuitive error-handling states, and clean data visualization for complex dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Analyst managing complex frontend digital products, web portals, or mobile applications. Experience balancing both B2B/Enterprise and B2C interfaces is highly preferred.

  • Domain Expertise:

    • Deep understanding of user-centric design principles, information architecture, and the distinct usability needs of operational internal tools vs. client-facing portals.
    • Strong familiarity with modern design-to-development workflows and managing multi-platform component libraries.
  • Technical Skill Set:

    • Design Tools: Proficient in navigating Figma, reviewing design tokens and inspecting layouts
    • Ecosystem Familiarity: Solid understanding of frontend web technologies (HTML/CSS, React/Angular frameworks for BO/Portal) and native or cross-platform mobile app lifecycles (iOS/Android for the Personal App).
    • Analytics & Lifecycle: Experience utilizing user analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to inform backlog prioritization and map user flows.
  • Analytical Decision Making: Ability to synthesize user feedback, design critiques, and frontend constraints to make logical, rapid trade-off decisions during the development cycle.
  • Leadership & Vision: Proven ability to work with a cross-functional squad (Backend,Frontend, Mobile, QA, UX/UI Designers) through collaboration, empathy, and visual authority.
  • Communication: Advanced English (written and spoken). Ability to translate "Design-speak" into "Developer-speak" and vice versa.

✅ We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to:

🧑🏻‍💻 Learning and development opportunities and interesting, challenging tasks;

✈️ Relocation package (tickets, staying in a hotel for up to 2 weeks, and visa relocation support for our employees and their family members);

📚 Opportunity to develop language skills, with partial compensation for the cost of language classes (for localization purposes);
