Deposit Preparer - Full time

JOB SUMMARY:

 

The Deposit Preparation Unit is responsible for manually preparing bank

deposits for general ledger and patient accounts.

 

1. Retrieve, balance and count cash receipts from the business day.

 

1. Prepare the deposit.

 

1. Store the cash in a secure location until it is deposited.

 

1. Submit deposit logs to accounting for bank reconciliation.

 

1. Performs other duties as assigned by Manager or Director of

     Revenue Cycle.

 

1. Demonstrates excellence in customer service skills.

 

1. Fosters an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration.

 

1. Complies with Corporate Policies, Departmental Policies and

     Procedures and Personnel Employee Handbook.
