Job Description
The Event Lead coordinates and executes all events held at Cleveland Metroparks Golf courses and clubhouse venues from start to finish. The Event Lead ensures Cleveland Metroparks will be an enjoyable dining and entertaining experience and maintain a positive public image.
- Plans, coordinates and executes events for assigned areas; Coordinates all aspects of event execution, often coordinating several events per day and month; manages clients’ needs while aligning with facility guidelines; provides on-site presence during events to support event logistics; works with host and management staff to support all client’s needs.
- Provide assistance with set up and tear down before, after and during events.
- Track and complete inventory of event equipment weekly.
- Assist with closing facility as needed.
- Complete transaction of customers on Triple Seat and/or POS.
- Assist with any cleaning needs pertaining to event preparation.
- Keeps direct supervisor promptly informed of key/significant issues or concerns.
- Carries out duties and responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner to maintain a safe work environment and surrounding area for oneself, co-workers and public. Responds to hazardous situations and/or potentially unsafe conditions by taking corrective action as capable and promptly notifying supervisory personnel.
