WellBe Senior Medical is seeking an ambitious, operationally excellent leader to serve as our Director of Total Rewards. Reporting directly to the VP of Total Rewards, this role will act as the operational leadership engine of our Center of Excellence (COE) own daily operations and oversight of our compensation, benefits, and payroll infrastructure while leading the team, optimizing systems, and safeguarding compliance.
