WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures in compliance with company and legal requirements.
Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
Organize and conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees.
Investigate workplace incidents and accidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Monitor and maintain emergency response systems, including fire prevention and safety equipment.
Conduct internal safety audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field.
NEBOSH certification or equivalent professional qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Safety / SHE role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Sound knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations, risk assessment and incident investigation procedures.
Good communication, training and coordination skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and report preparation.
