How you’ll make an impact in this role

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced specialty pharmacy environment.
Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented professional committed to delivering quality patient care and operational excellence.
Proficient in computer applications, data entry, and electronic pharmacy systems, with the ability to accurately document and manage information.
Flexible and adaptable to rotating between compounding and shipping/packing responsibilities based on business needs.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain productivity in a dynamic healthcare setting.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) preferred
Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association preferred
Must possess all state and local qualifications

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Active Pharmacy Technician license in the State of Michigan required.
PTCB certification required (must obtain within 90 days of hire if not currently certified).
Minimum 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
Retail pharmacy experience.
Specialty pharmacy experience highly-preferred.
