Analyst

Job Summary: CAC, a Baldwin company, is seeking highly motivated candidates to join our Structured Solutions Group as First-Year Analysts. Analysts work directly with senior bankers on live transactions across private debt and insurance placements. This is a two-to-three-year program designed to build deep technical skills and provide significant direct exposure to clients and institutional investors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop complex financial models
• Prepare pitchbooks, CIMs, and board presentations
• Conduct industry and company research; support due diligence
• Assist with all aspects of transaction execution
• Effectively work across the firm with other practice groups
• Interface directly with clients and investors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Strong financial modeling aptitude and skills strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes
• Tenacity, persuasiveness, and networking and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
