Job Summary
This position is responsible for supervising the preparation and execution of Mechanical maintenance tasks to maintain plant equipment, facilities, and support safe and economical operation of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Plant.Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and direct implementation of preventative and corrective maintenance of plant equipment.
- Maintain an environment conducive to nuclear and personnel safety.
- Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Drive the training and qualification of Mechanics.
- Perform assigned emergency response and outage roles.
Education, Experience & Skill Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Five to seven years of nuclear experience with Maintenance experience preferred.
- Meets station procedural requirements.
- Exhibit professional work ethics and leadership abilities.
