Job Summary

This position is responsible for supervising the preparation and execution of Mechanical maintenance tasks to maintain plant equipment, facilities, and support safe and economical operation of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Plant.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

• Plan and direct implementation of preventative and corrective maintenance of plant equipment.
• Maintain an environment conducive to nuclear and personnel safety.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Drive the training and qualification of Mechanics.
• Perform assigned emergency response and outage roles.

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five to seven years of nuclear experience with Maintenance experience preferred.
• Meets station procedural requirements.
• Exhibit professional work ethics and leadership abilities.
