IT Project Manager (f/m/div.)

Your mission will be to guide cutting-edge IT projects throughout their entire lifecycle. You will transform complex business needs into high-impact products, acting as the central link between our stakeholders' vision and our development teams' technical expertise.

Your contribution to something big: 

• From Idea to Impact: Capture and translate business needs into clear concepts and user-centric designs, shaping the solution from the ground up;
• Drive with Agility: Develop and manage the agile implementation plan, keeping the project on track and adaptable to change;
• Lead with Purpose: Command the project's success by ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, maximizing its benefits;
• Master the Backlog: Own the product backlog in Jira, creating clear user stories and documentation that empower our development team to build brilliant solutions;
• Act as the Central Hub: Be the key liaison, connecting stakeholders, internal clients, role and data experts, developers, and leadership to ensure everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction;
• Ensure Flawless Execution: Define robust testing criteria and steer the user acceptance process, guaranteeing a smooth rollout, training and successful user adoption;
• Shape the Future: Help craft the product roadmap and portfolio vision, communicating milestones and inspiring the organization to get behind our most exciting new developments.

What distinguishes you:

• Education: You have a university degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field;
• Experience: You bring over 3 years of hands-on experience in managing IT projects, ideally within an agile environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). You have a proven track record of successfully pitching ideas and presenting project updates to executive-level stakeholders.
• Know-how: You are proficient with modern project management tools, particularly from the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence). You possess a talent for bridging the gap between business processes and innovative technology.
• Languages: Great communication skills in English; 
• Working Style and Methods: You work in a structured, autonomous, and goal-oriented manner. You thrive in an agile setting, using your planning and tracking skills to keep projects moving forward efficiently.
• Personality: You are an exceptional communicator and a natural collaborator who excels at leading and motivating teams, even without direct disciplinary responsibility. You are a connector, skilled at building bridges between diverse groups of people, from developers and data experts to senior leadership.
