What the role involves
As a Graduate Loss Adjuster, you will:
- Support the management of casualty and liability claims from start to finish
- Work with customers, insurers and third parties to investigate claims
- Gather and assess information to understand what happened and what is covered
- Help agree fair settlements
- Keep accurate records and prepare reports
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Learn how to manage your own caseload over time
You’ll split your time between field visits (homes or business premises) and office-based work, developing both technical and people skills.

Requirements
- Degree in Law, Business, Construction or Criminology
- Full clean driving licence (essential for site visits)
- Willingness to travel across Ireland when required
