What you´ll do Execute sales strategy and develop action plans in line with strategic priorities Promote and sell Henkel adhesive technologies within the water/wastewater market Identify the top owners, specifiers, and buying accounts for the market Achieve KPIs and annual sales objectives as laid out by the Sales Director Build and maintain relationships in the assigned territory implement customer feedback (VOC) to refine sales approaches Drive implementation of key strategic initiatives in sales area Deliver sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % and / or GP% targets) in sales area monitor competitor activities and pricing Ensure efficient geographical coverage and cross-selling opportunities to achieve full business potential (sales and profit) Ensure compliant execution of sales processes develop customer centric initiatives to enhance loyalty and long-term partnership Act as the face of Henkel in the water/wastewater market in the region
